Ordering
When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. If you have any queries please contact us before making any purchase for any service through this website.
The User will be given an opportunity to review and correct the contents and other information of his/her order which will only be deemed to be accepted once HappeeStax has processed and confirmed this order via email.
The products and prices stated on the Website are only valid while stocks last and HappeeStax will in no way be held liable to provide a product if it is no longer in stock or available.
The products described or graphically represented on the Website may differ in colour, shape, form, design, contents and appearance from the final product delivered.
Shipping
DELIVERIES IN SOUTH AFRICA:
Flat rate of R120 for up to 10kg.
How long will it take?
Parcels will generally be sent out within 1-3 working days of your payment being made. It then takes about 3 -4 working days for the parcel to be delivered to you.
The initial shipping costs quoted to the User when an order is placed are only estimated costs. HappeeStax shall subsequently contact the User and provide the User with a quotation for the actual costs. HappeeStax will not ship an order unless the User has approved the actual costs. If the User does not approve the actual costs, the order will be cancelled and HappeeStax will refund the User the price paid for the goods concerned.
The User acknowledges that HappeeStax shall rely on the accuracy of the delivery address as provided by the User. HappeeStax does not verify the accuracy of any particulars of a delivery address provided by the User. The User shall check the accuracy of the delivery address every time when placing an order. HappeeStax shall not be liable for any costs, loss, damages or claims incurred by the User relating to an inaccurate or incorrect delivery address provided by the User as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises.
Refunds
HappeeStax will refund:
- If the product shipped has a defect or a manufacturing problem, or
- If an incorrect item was shipped
If you would like a refund for a defective or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of the product being delivered or collected. Notification after 7 days will result in the refund not being approved.
RETURN PROCEDURE:
1. Contact us by e-mail happeestax@gmail.com
- You will need a legitimate invoice or proof of purchase (order number/transaction number).
- The item must still be in its original packaging and condition, and not have been abused or misused.
- Should paper or any other products have been cut to a specific size for you, we cannot accept a return.
- In cases of uncertainty as to the reason for the fault or damage, the item needs to be sent back to the supplier for consideration to prove the fault or damage.
2. Once the return has been approved and received in good order, you will either be refunded or a replacement item will be shipped. This will depend on what is agreed between HappeeStax and you.
